About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage, control and optimize data-driven campaigns with a focus on Google Ads and Paid Social
  • Develop cross-channel paid media strategies
  • Analyze relevant performance KPIs and derive concrete optimization measures
  • Work closely with internal teams in Content, Creative and Media Planning
  • Prepare reporting and performance analyses

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Relevant professional experience in SEA, Paid Social, Performance Marketing or Digital Marketing
  • Solid hands-on experience with Google Ads
  • Experience with Paid Social, specifically the Meta Ads Manager
  • Knowledge of additional platforms such as TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Pinterest Ads or Microsoft Ads is a plus
  • Good understanding of performance metrics, tracking, conversion optimization and data-driven marketing
  • Confident working with numbers and reporting
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ideally some experience with Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Tag Management or similar analytics and reporting tools
  • Independent, structured and solution-oriented
  • Very good German and good English skills
