About the role
- Responsible for strategic SEO and lead-generation projects
- Close collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
- Conduct status meetings, workshops and training sessions
- Create GEO audits, strategies and in-depth analyses
- Support and oversee website relaunches
- Use monitoring and report on relevant KPIs
- Assist in initial consulting for new clients
- Mentor and support junior GEO talent
Requirements
- Solid experience in search engine optimization (SEO)
- Enthusiasm for GEO and online marketing
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Sistrix, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog
- Familiarity with GEO tools such as rankscale, peec or similar
- Professional, confident demeanor with clients and colleagues
- Structured, independent working style
- Strong team player
- Performance-oriented working in an agency environment
- Initiative and a strong sense of responsibility
- Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
