About the role

  • Develop comprehensive keyword lists and compelling ad copy for search campaigns, ensuring they align with advertiser objectives
  • Create, manage, and optimize new paid search campaigns in Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising, overseeing the entire process from inception through optimization
  • Conduct thorough QA checks on campaigns before launching
  • Implement optimization changes to campaigns and keywords to drive maximum ROI
  • Generate and present insightful campaign reports, offering actionable insights and recommendations
  • Proactively schedule and conduct client calls to discuss strategies, campaign performance, and upcoming initiatives
  • Utilize reporting tools to compile detailed campaign reports, emphasizing key performance metrics and strategic insights
  • Provide strategic recommendations based on campaign performance data, industry trends, and competitive analysis
  • Manage campaign budgets with precision to achieve target Cost Per Lead (CPL) goals
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitive analysis
  • Recommend and implement strategic changes to improve website traffic and conversion rates
  • Perform additional duties as needed

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of direct experience in creating, managing, and optimizing paid search campaigns on Google and Microsoft Advertising platforms
  • Current Google Ads Certification
  • Proficiency in HTML and CSS
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics or equivalent third-party analytics tools
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel or similar spreadsheet software
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Prior experience with PPC management tools and/or experience working within a digital marketing agency is highly preferred
  • Currently legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
