Develop comprehensive keyword lists and compelling ad copy for search campaigns, ensuring they align with advertiser objectives
Create, manage, and optimize new paid search campaigns in Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising, overseeing the entire process from inception through optimization
Conduct thorough QA checks on campaigns before launching
Implement optimization changes to campaigns and keywords to drive maximum ROI
Generate and present insightful campaign reports, offering actionable insights and recommendations
Proactively schedule and conduct client calls to discuss strategies, campaign performance, and upcoming initiatives
Utilize reporting tools to compile detailed campaign reports, emphasizing key performance metrics and strategic insights
Provide strategic recommendations based on campaign performance data, industry trends, and competitive analysis
Manage campaign budgets with precision to achieve target Cost Per Lead (CPL) goals
Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitive analysis
Recommend and implement strategic changes to improve website traffic and conversion rates
Perform additional duties as needed
Requirements
3-5 years of direct experience in creating, managing, and optimizing paid search campaigns on Google and Microsoft Advertising platforms
Current Google Ads Certification
Proficiency in HTML and CSS
Familiarity with Google Analytics or equivalent third-party analytics tools
Advanced proficiency in Excel or similar spreadsheet software
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
Strong interpersonal skills
Prior experience with PPC management tools and/or experience working within a digital marketing agency is highly preferred
Currently legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
