About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide healthcare professionals (HCPs) credible, balanced, scientific information about ADCT and its product, pipeline, research activities, and ADCT product development.
  • Respond to unsolicited medical information requests in the field.
  • Develop territory plans to initiate and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and Health Care Providers (HCPs).
  • Maintain medical expertise and a strong understanding of hematology/oncology clinical practice.
  • Cover sessions and collect insights at scientific congresses.
  • Develop and demonstrate competencies in the understanding and communication of relevant scientific information, including but not limited to disease state, therapeutic landscape, clinical data, mechanism of action for therapeutics agents, RWE.
  • Maintain the highest ethical and professional standards and in accordance with the relevant guidelines.
  • Collaborate with key functional leaders and project team members, building collegiate, compliant and successful teams.
  • Ensure alignment across functions by working in partnership with key stakeholders.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Advanced degree in life sciences (MD, PharmD or PhD) preferred
  • MSL experience required
  • Previous experience of working within hematology oncology preferred
  • Proven ability to create and sustain relationships with industry leaders
  • Demonstrated ability to organize, prioritize and work effectively with minimal supervision in a constantly changing environment
  • Knowledge of the PhRMA, OIG and other relevant guidelines
  • Good understanding of the clinical development process and the ICH-GCP guidelines
