About the role
- Partner with clients and senior stakeholders to identify opportunities and use cases where Agentic AI, and Generative AI can create meaningful business outcomes and deliver value.
- Design, develop, and implement scalable AI solutions that fit best into client environments, ensuring optimal performance and continuous improvement
- Design holistic AI models that align with business objectives and foster a data-driven culture within organizations
- Develop and present client deliverables, including roadmaps, progress reports, and final presentations, to ensure transparency and alignment throughout the engagement
- Contribute to thought leadership in AI strategy and participate in industry discussions to advance ADAPTOVATE’s positioning in the AI consulting space
Requirements
- Proven experience in AI consulting, digital transformation, or data-driven initiatives, delivering practical AI solutions
- Strong analytical skills to translate business challenges into actionable, value-driven AI opportunities
- Understanding of Generative AI (including LLMs and emerging agentic capabilities) and their practical business applications
- Ability to shape AI use cases, value propositions, and transformation initiatives aligned with client goals
- Familiarity with modern AI and cloud ecosystems (particularly Microsoft Azure) and ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams
- Experience supporting the implementation of AI-driven solutions in business environments, with a focus on adoption, scalability, and measurable impact
- Microsoft ecosystem knowledge is a plus; certification or willingness to learn is beneficial
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills to effectively engage diverse audiences
- Proficiency in proposal writing, reporting, and developing client presentations
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant discipline
- Flexibility and willingness to travel domestically and internationally
