About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Follow up with inbound leads within 15–30 minutes via phone and SMS
  • Run outbound outreach campaigns through email and LinkedIn
  • Qualify prospects based on revenue, ad spend, urgency, and service fit
  • Book discovery calls for the sales team using provided workflows and templates
  • Keep CRM activity fully updated and organized at all times
  • Track outreach performance and hit weekly KPIs
  • Share daily progress updates including replies, contacts reached, and meetings booked

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 1–3 years of SDR, BDR, or outbound sales experience with measurable results
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Comfortable speaking with business owners across US-facing markets
  • CRM experience (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
  • Highly organized with strong self-management skills
  • Resilient mindset and confidence handling high-volume outreach
  • Applicants based in Latin America or overlapping US business hours are strongly preferred
