- As a Junior RF Systems Engineer you will support our growing RF department to a variety of tasks including equipment testing, rack-based RF solution integration, site surveys, field installations, and measurements.
- Support lab integration of RF modules and rack-based solutions (repeaters, signal boosters, power supplies)
- Assist in field surveys, RF measurements, and system tuning
- Participate in on-site installations (cabling, grounding, device installation)
- Carry out diagnostics and simple repairs on returned RF equipment
- Document configurations, wiring diagrams, and test results
- Maintain inventory and tool readiness for field operations
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in Telecommunications, Electronics, or similar
- 1- 2 years of experience with RF systems, signal measurement equipment (spectrum analyzers, site masters), or cabling work is a plus
- Hands-on mindset and willingness to work both in the lab and on the field
- Team player with a can-do attitude and eagerness to learn
- Valid driver’s license (for field work) is desirable
