About the role

  • Driving sales for Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS) solutions with a focus on advanced 5G technologies.
  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities.
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with clients.
  • Working closely with technical teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
  • Preparing and delivering presentations.
  • Managing contracts and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Current relationships with Decision Makers at MNO's and Neutral Host System Integrators is required.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, or a closely related discipline is required.
  • Significant prior experience in the sales of wireless technology is essential.
  • In-depth technical understanding of 4G/5G networks and Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS) is necessary.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in sales and business development, including the capacity to achieve sales targets and effectively manage client accounts.
  • Experience in customer relationship management with a proven ability to foster and maintain long-term client partnerships.
  • Skillset at creating presentations, contracts, and sales reports.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are required.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in German and/or French would be an asset.
