About the role
- Responsible for network and security troubleshooting on Customer’s infrastructure including Switching, Routing, Firewalling, SD-WAN, Wireless
- Monitor and inspect network infrastructure performance
- Help to organize and prepare the deployment of new installations
- Troubleshoot networking incidents and recommend solutions for complex problems
- Engage in troubleshooting and debugging new feature deployments
- Document procedures
- Participate in network design projects and contribute to network improvement
- Provide support to the company’s customers
- Manage to overcome issues and problems by taking initiatives
- Cooperate with Cybersecurity Engineers and escalate unsolved issues to vendors
Requirements
- Good working knowledge of TCP/IP concepts, switching principles, L2 / L3 network technologies, and routing
- Hands-on experience and familiarity with relevant Cisco, Fortinet products and solutions
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work efficiently both within a team and independently
- Fluency in Greek and English, oral and written
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in the field of Information Technology
- 3-5 years of working experience in similar roles
- Active CCNA and / or active relevant level certification
- CCNP level certification and / or active equivalent certification of any other network equipment vendor (plus)
