About the role
- Responsible for the growth and management of client relationships
- Help drive strategic marketing plans and exceed client expectations with creative work
- Manage budgets and direct account and project management teams
- Develop strategies and execute plans to achieve client goals
- Oversee overall strategy, planning, coordination, execution, and analysis of clients' advertising and marketing campaigns
- Create insightful objectives and conversion-based strategies
- Lead client meetings and manage communications between clients and internal teams
- Responsible for team education and growth within the pod
- Promote business expansion with existing clients through upsell opportunities
Requirements
- 8 to 10 years of client service experience
- At least 5 years of direct experience in advertising client service and managing projects within an agency
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in executing both traditional communications and digital media strategies
- Experience in managing and leading internal teams and clients to deliver successful projects
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and efficient at managing client budgets
