About the role
- Develop and execute category strategies for indirect spend
- Lead supplier selection, contract negotiations, and performance reviews
- Manage and mentor a team of procurement analysts
- Oversee daily procurement operations and sourcing activities
- Drive cost savings, risk mitigation, and compliance initiatives
- Collaborate with Finance, Legal, IT, and other departments
- Monitor market trends and adjust sourcing strategies
- Implement procurement best practices and process improvements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field required; Master’s preferred
- 5+ years of procurement experience, including indirect categories
- Experience in regulated industries preferred
