About the role
- Designs and creates reports to deliver timely and relevant information to the business segments.
- Participate in business projects that will enhance the quality of the data to be used in the visualization tool and ensure data sets utilize dimensional data wherever possible.
- Update dashboard data on a regular basis and perform quality checking to ensure accuracy.
- Collaborate with business owners to meet the needs of the end-user and collaborate with IT team to develop solutions.
- Establish clear lines of communication between the team and end-users to ensure quality requirements gathering and customer satisfaction.
- Helps develop, test, document, and support solutions to ultimately drive decisions that improve or stabilize clinical outcome, quality of care, patient safety, and financial viability of the organization.
- Must be willing to take charge of own learning and strengthening technical skills as required by the position.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college
- Two (2) years of related work experience in business intelligence and data warehousing technologies OR advanced degree in data analysis
- Experience with Snowflake, Tableau, and DevExpress preferred
