About the role
- Coordinate end-to-end vehicle licensing, registration, renewals, and compliance requirements across all fleet assets
- Maintain accurate, audit-ready documentation and records for licensing, registration, and compliance activities
- Support the transition from external service providers to internal management of licensing, registration, and fuel programs
- Assist in designing, documenting, and maintaining fleet processes, SOPs, workflows, and governance standards
- Provide day-to-day operational support, including helping resolve routine issues as fleet governance practices matures
- Work with field operations to ensure timely submission of required documents and adherence to state-specific regulations
- Prepare and update dashboards for key fleet KPIs (fuel efficiency, delivery performance, cost per mile, utilization)
- Assist with cost analysis for fleet operations, vendor contracts, and fuel programs
- Support lease vs. buy analysis and vehicle lifecycle planning
- Collaborate with Procurement and Finance on cost optimization initiatives and vendor performance reviews
- Monitor data trends and recommend process improvements based on data insights and operational performance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field required
- 1–3 years in fleet/logistics or supply chain analytics
- Experience with fleet licensing, registration, compliance, or fuel management preferred
- Experience supporting process design, documentation, or operational governance is a plus
