About the role

  • OUR MISSION
  • Optimizing the budget preparation cycle and steering financial performance are at the heart of what we do. We support our clients in implementing a contributory and collaborative process and identify relevant indicators to build effective dashboards.
  • THE ROLE:
  • Develop your strategic commercial approach based on deepening your knowledge of the Consulting and Technology market in Accounting, Finance and Corporate Performance Management.
  • Monitor and contribute to achieving established commercial objectives.
  • Design and implement field sales strategies.
  • Create and/or update commercial performance indicators.
  • Build and grow your own client portfolio across both Finance and IT departments.
  • Drive a key-account management strategy within your client portfolio.
  • Be responsible for lead management and handling complex responses to RFPs/tenders, with support from offer managers.
  • Participate in the recruitment process for new consultants joining our teams.
  • Create synergies with our Partners' Sales Management to win joint projects.
  • Report to the Business Development Management.
  • Propose improvements (action plans, processes, etc.).

Requirements

  • You hold a degree from a Grande École or equivalent, with a background in finance/management control.
  • Demonstrated interest in sales and business development (ideally with prior experience).
  • Preferably at least 2 years' experience (internships included) in a similar position selling solutions and services in information systems and enterprise management.
  • Fluent in French and English.
  • Good listener.
  • Strong communicator.
  • Client-oriented.
  • Curious.
  • Dynamic.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented.
  • Autonomous / self-starter.
