About the role
- Team Leadership: Coach, motivate, and inspire a team of multi media Account Executives to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional client service.
- Account Management: Manage an exclusive portfolio of high-value clients with a focus on delivering tailored solutions.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and oversee budgeting processes and monthly sales projections. Collaborate on the creation and execution of actionable monthly and quarterly plans for the team.
- Community Engagement: Engage with the local business community, bringing awareness to AMM products, services, and content.
- Market Insight: Leverage experience in small markets to inform strategies and drive effective sales initiatives.
- Business Networking: Join and participate in local volunteer organizations.
Requirements
- Sales Experience: At least 3 years of experience in sales, with a minimum of 3 years in a sales leadership role.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient with Excel and GSuite. Ability to quickly learn and teach relevant software programs is essential.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to inspire and lead a team, fostering a positive and results-oriented culture.
