About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Define and drive the digital transformation roadmap.
  • Establish project governance and ensure ongoing monitoring.
  • Coordinate internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure priorities, timelines, and budgets are met.
  • Implement tracking indicators and reporting for Executive Management.
  • Oversee LOJEGA's application ecosystem.
  • Ensure consistency among tools and their integrations.
  • Identify malfunctions, risks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Manage required functional and technical changes.
  • Gather and formalize teams' requirements.
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications.
  • Optimize existing processes.
  • Prioritize change requests with various service providers.
  • Support users in adopting new tools.
  • Organize testing, validation, and training phases.
  • Foster a digital culture within the organization.
  • Contribute to defining LOJEGA's IT strategy.
  • Participate in discussions related to Microsoft 365, SharePoint, document management, and Artificial Intelligence.
  • Prepare the transition to a sustainable management model for applications and digital services.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project management, digital transformation, or business application management.
  • Proven experience implementing or migrating ERPs, CRMs, or complex business platforms, ideally with one of the following applications: - Adfinity (financial ERP) - Horizon (rental management and CRM) - Hello Houston (technical management and ticketing)
  • Experience coordinating vendors and multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Experience in the public, quasi-public, real estate, or housing sectors is an advantage.
  • Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects.
  • Functional analysis and process optimization skills.
  • Strong competence with Microsoft 365 environments.
  • Experience managing application interfaces.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies (PMI, Prince2, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent).
  • Excellent French. Proficiency in Dutch is an advantage.
