Security Engineer

• Lead the coordination of public and private RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs from initial notification through to final submission, and award/loss, as well as act as the central point of contact for bid-related activities.
• Review tender documentation to identify scope, requirements, deadlines, evaluation criteria, and compliance obligations.
• Develop and manage bid schedules, work plans, submission timelines.
• Ensure timely collection of technical, commercial, legal, and administrative inputs from internal and external stakeholders, incorporating the different inputs into a coherent proposal.
• Write, edit, and proofread non-technical proposal sections (e.g. company profile, case studies, CVs) while ensuring a clear, well-structured, and consistent "one-voice" tone throughout the proposal.
• Conduct compliance checks, reviews, and final quality assurance before submission.
• Verify that all mandatory documents, declarations, and certifications are included.
• Maintain and update a bid content library (standard proposal templates per service, case studies, CVs, personnel and company’s certifications, projects, methodologies, past performance citations, etc.).
• Manage electronic and physical submissions via different procurement portals.
• Track bid outcomes and coordinate post-submission clarifications or negotiations.
• Support bid debriefs, clarifications, negotiations, post-bid reviews, win/loss analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Lead technical discovery sessions to understand customer business objectives, security requirements, and existing infrastructure
• Design end-to-end cybersecurity architectures across network, cloud, endpoint, identity, and security operations domains
• Act as a trusted technical advisor to customers throughout the presales lifecycle
• Develop high-level and low-level solution designs aligned with best practices, compliance, and risk management frameworks
• Translate complex technical solutions into clear business value propositions for executive and technical stakeholders
• Create and contribute to RFQ, RFP, and RFI responses, including technical narratives and solution diagrams
• Define scopes of work (SOWs), implementation approaches, and service deliverables for cybersecurity services
• Collaborate closely with sales teams to support deal strategy, positioning, and closure
• Provide effort estimates, pricing inputs, and risk assessments for proposed solutions
• Conduct product demonstrations, technical workshops, and proof-of-concept activities.
• Ensure proposed solutions are deliverable, scalable, and aligned with operational and support models
• Maintain deep technical knowledge of leading cybersecurity vendors and platforms
• Build and manage relationships with strategic technology partners and vendors
• Stay current on emerging threats, technologies, and industry trends to inform solution design
