About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Facilitate agile delivery for one or more teams supporting a large federal enterprise cloud platform
Help teams plan, execute, and continuously improve within a Scaled Agile (SAFe) environment
Remove impediments, coordinate across teams, and help ensure delivery meets scope, schedule, and quality commitments
Facilitate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily standups, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives
Coach teams on agile and SAFe practices and fostering continuous improvement
Identify and remove impediments and shielding teams from disruption
Track and communicate delivery progress, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders
Coordinate with product owners, project managers, and program leadership to align priorities
Support PI planning and aligning team execution to program cadence
Promote predictable, high-quality delivery and team health
Proactively identifying risks and supporting mitigation with program leadership
Communicate effectively with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
Responsible for hiring, performance management, timecard reviews, PTO management and team development

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's and 5+ years of experience; relevant experience may be substituted for education
3+ years facilitating agile delivery for technology teams, including in a SAFe environment
Experience with agile project management tools
Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Public Trust / suitability determination
Prior experience with the Department of Veterans Affairs
Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master, or equivalent agile certification
Experience coordinating across multiple teams
