About the role

  • Define and drive the QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety & Environment) policy
  • Implement a management system compliant with MASE, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards
  • Define internal procedures and ensure their application across all sites
  • Assess and control risks
  • Identify and prevent risks: mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, ATEX, environmental, etc.
  • Implement concrete actions tailored to field realities
  • Ensure compliance and maintain regulatory monitoring
  • Oversee the DUERP (occupational risk assessment document) and monitor legal obligations
  • Prepare for and support certification audits
  • Maintain active regulatory watch on safety and environmental issues
  • Train and unite teams
  • Deliver internal training and promote best practices
  • Build a genuine prevention and safety culture
  • Be present on site alongside site managers, foremen, workshop staff and company leadership
  • Lead QSE projects and audits
  • Organize and follow up internal and external audits
  • Drive action plans and promote continuous improvement
  • Actively contribute to improving the company’s performance

Requirements

  • Bachelor's to Master's degree (Bac+3 to Bac+5) in QHSE, safety, environment or risk management (Bac+2 considered with significant field experience)
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years' experience in QHSE with responsibility for risk management
  • Knowledge of public works, construction (BTP) or drilling sectors highly valued
  • Experience in directional drilling would be a real asset
  • Preferred certifications: ISO internal auditor, MASE, SST, ATEX, CACES (supervisory), etc.
