About the role
- Organize and plan worksites so everything runs smoothly (schedules, priorities, and unforeseen events included)
- Manage approximately 40 employees
- Be present on sites, support the teams and ensure operations run smoothly
- Oversee orders, supplies and logistics — always stay one step ahead!
- Attend site meetings, estimate projects and monitor their progress
- Maintain relationships with clients and partners
- Monitor the activity’s economic indicators (turnover ~€2.6M) and ensure reporting
- Promote and implement a culture of quality, safety and environmental responsibility, concretely on the ground
Requirements
- Proven experience in landscaping (Bachelor’s level or equivalent) or in construction/public works with a landscaping focus
- Strong field experience and the ability to structure and manage operations
- People management skills, good listening skills and a team-oriented approach
- Organizational skills, ability to anticipate and an economic/business-oriented mindset
- Client service orientation and pride in delivering high-quality work
