About the role
- Oversee all operations of the steel workshop and ensure smooth, controlled production
- Lead, organize and motivate your team to ensure efficiency, cohesion and skills development
- Ensure strict compliance with quality, safety and delivery deadlines
- Optimize work methods, anticipate disruptions and implement practical solutions
- Work closely with production, logistics and project teams to maintain smooth operations
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years’ experience as a metalworker or in a similar role
- Strong team management and organizational skills
- Excellent command of welding and fabrication techniques
- Unwavering attention to detail and a keen eye for accuracy
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Comfortable with production management software and other IT tools
