About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Consult with clients strategically on solution design and business requirements
Lead the overall technical solution for assigned clients and industries
Provide technical pre-sales support and qualify and recommend solutions and strategies
Create proposal framing and business strategies
Verify that end solutions meet technical criteria
Direct and review technical proposal materials for integrity, quality, risk quantification, strategic direction, and standards consistency
Own solution cost modeling and optimization
Prepare and deliver technical presentations to clients at appropriate technical granularity
Develop, maintain, document, and share technical best practices and case studies
Own transition of sold opportunities to implementation teams
Provide implementation leadership, client communication, and oversight through overall implementation success
Act as technical escalation point and support for assigned clients
Ensure solutions incorporate enterprise technical vision and standards
Provide strategic direction to other solution architects on technology and design choices
Identify process improvements that enhance profit and client value
Advise and educate management, affected teams, and clients
Develop internal relationships and provide product-team feedback
Mentor less experienced architects
Provide technical leadership and oversight for solution enhancements, modifications, issue management, and client research

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum 10 years of combined experience in technical presales and implementation roles
Minimum 5 years of experience with database marketing, direct marketing, or interactive marketing environments
Minimum 10 years of experience in an external client-facing environment
Deep, hands-on experience with modern cloud platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, or similar technologies
Subject matter expertise in overall business and technical solutions for assigned clients/industries
Expertise in identity resolution, including deterministic and probabilistic methods and offline/online stitching
Familiarity with AI/ML concepts applied to data processing
In-depth knowledge of enterprise delivery methodology design, project management, and change management procedures
Ability to perform design creation, elicitation, and planning
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent relationship skills
Ability to communicate technical-solution business benefits to non-technical stakeholders
Recent experience with one or more of: non-cloud-to-cloud migrations, AWS/GCP/Azure, Snowflake/Databricks, clean rooms, CDP/Customer 360, real-time architectures, or AI/ML-enabled analytics
Automotive data and solutions experience is nice to have, not required
