About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake meetings through offer negotiation and onboarding support
- Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and workforce planning goals
- Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social platforms, networking, referrals, and additional sourcing tools
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates for skill alignment, cultural fit, and overall qualifications
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Utilize ATS systems to manage requisitions, candidate workflows, reporting, and compliance
- Maintain accurate recruiting metrics, pipeline activity, and hiring reports
- Support diversity recruiting initiatives and inclusive hiring practices
- Stay current on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitive talent intelligence
- Collaborate with HR, hiring managers, and leadership teams to improve recruiting efficiency and outcomes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of professional recruiting experience or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant recruiting work experience
- Proven experience managing full-cycle recruiting across multiple job functions and levels
- Strong experience sourcing candidates through advanced recruiting tools and strategies
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Preferred experience with Workday Recruiting
- Demonstrated success in candidate generation, pipeline management, and requisition fulfillment
- Strong interviewing, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail & time management
