About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee end-to-end solution or component design and implementation
Technical oversight through to transition into Production
Support new business opportunities including pre-sales support
Lead implementation of Acxiom solutions
Manage complex change impacting existing solutions
Provide direction to other Solution Architects
Create and maintain a solution roadmap for future enhancements
Responsible for overall solution integrity of large and complex solutions
Engage in project communications with clients
Anticipate obstacles and recommend solution options
Gather stakeholder requirements and transform information into logical process flow
Ensure solution design fulfills functional and technical requirements

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum 5 years experience in technical roles
Minimum 3 years experience in architect roles
Minimum 5 years experience with database marketing, direct marketing or interactive marketing environments
Minimum 5 years experience working in an external client-facing environment
Ability to manage data using Oracle SQL and PostgreSQL
Proficiency in serverless architecture (Lambda, API Gateway) and containerization (ECS, EKS)
Implementing security best practices using IAM and Key Management Service
Guiding team members in technical decisions
Ownership of web solution architectural oversight
Act as a bridge between technical teams and stakeholders
Experience with REST API, Database (SQL), Version control (Git)
Write code in Python, Java, Node.js
Implement CI/CD pipelines
Debug and monitor applications (cloudwatch)
Design cloud architecture using Amazon web services
