About the role
- Deliver data, data products, and information that drive clients' multi-channel marketing capabilities
- Understand details of client data and Acxiom’s products to ensure clean, enhanced, segmented, ready-to-market data
- Improve quality and adhere to standard processes and procedures
- Work with clients and/or third-party vendors to understand requirements and escalate issues
- Analyze, troubleshoot and modify/change processes and data to ensure efficient delivery of services
- Maintain broad understanding of Acxiom's processing and product capabilities to optimize delivery
- Mentor less experienced team members and provide formal mentorship
- Own on-time input and output delivery and manage own time to meet deadlines, including monitoring after hours
- Coordinate and manage source file receipt with clients, vendors, and/or internal stakeholders
- Verify input/output counts, monitor data processing jobs and audit/verify results based on historical trends
- Setup and build processing flows, including ad hoc, new build and more complex flows
- Accurately validate source and output data, data formatting specifications, and output requirements according to specifications and SLAs
- Deliver accurate output information through appropriate data processing platforms and transfer mechanisms
- Ensure compliance with quality assurance processes, established procedures, project requirements and SLAs
- Research, troubleshoot and take action regarding data or processing issues and implement fixes
- Professionally communicate internally and externally; lead client meetings for solution, research, issues, change management and troubleshooting
- Serve as point of contact to clients for solution components and facilitate change management (scoping, estimating, implementing changes)
Requirements
- Personal Computer experience
- Microsoft Office applications experience
- Strong ability to communicate with clients and internal stakeholders – providing status
- Attention to detail, important to monitor and audit solution processing services
- Completed 4-year degree in related field of study (computer or technical field)
