About the role
- Acts as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements across the delivery lifecycle.
- Leads business analysis efforts, champions stakeholder needs, and ensures solutions align with client objectives and Acxiom capabilities.
- Utilizes expertise to lead project teams to select the approach that best fit requirement initiative needs.
- Able to determine how and when to modify a selected approach as necessary.
- Effectively manages internal and external stakeholder relationships and expectations.
- Recognizes opportunities beyond the underlying business needs and issues, consulting the stakeholders in exploring these areas of opportunities.
- Establishes metrics and measurements to track, assess, and report on the quality of business analysis work.
- Conceptualize a recommended solution, enabling stakeholders to understand the new capabilities, boundaries, dependencies, constraints, and assumptions from a business perspective.
- Collaborates with the Solution Architect to validate solution meets the client’s technical needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative field (Math, Computer Science) or related degree programs
- Six years of relevant work experience.
- High-level knowledge of data quality, database concepts, analysis, and rule/code development
- High-level knowledge of appropriate software for data management, modeling or analysis
- Conduct in-depth data analysis using code language such as SQL, Python, R
- Experience working with Big Data such as within Snowflake or GCP environment
- Ability to identify ways to improve efficiency and troubleshoot data issues
- Knowledge of third party data (demographic and modeled data), audience selection, and segmentation
