About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Prioritize orders, pull and pack orders, and ensure quality assurance and order completeness
  • Ensure appropriate packaging and labeling, delivery timing, miscellaneous procurement, and compliance with ACW Standard Operating Procedures
  • Participate in directly serving Air Culinaire customers and obtain feedback regarding products and services
  • Resolve customer issues as an on-site problem solver according to company guidelines
  • Pick up supplies as needed in the course of business
  • Perform routine vehicle cleaning and maintenance
  • Assist in the kitchen during busy times
  • Work extended shifts, including holidays, weekends, and nights, when required

  • Experienced foodie and culinary-arts professional
  • Strong food and beverage experience
  • Flexible schedule is a must
  • May be required to work extended shifts, holidays, weekends, and nights
