Key responsibilities & impact

Merchandise the European websites to support local priorities and maximize DTC sales, including pricing uploads, local promotions, and translations of product and site copy into German
Provide market insights and regional expertise for global seasonal campaigns and brand strategy
Collaborate cross-functionally with European and US eCommerce and Marketing teams
Maintain the European website through updates and content creation
Support Customer Service through DTC operations and eCommerce-related customer inquiries from around Europe
Coordinate with the digital ad agency on creative assets and marketing needs
Schedule and monitor DTC newsletters for the European market
Support Retail with newsletters, including creation, templates, and sending
Monitor inventory, optimize product placement, and collaborate on product lifecycle management
Analyze product performance metrics and implement strategies to improve visibility, engagement, and sales
Implement SEO/AIO content and strategies aligned with global best practices

Requirements

What you’ll need

Commercial education (KV, commercial school) and further education in eCommerce, or a bachelor’s degree in a related field
2–5 years of experience in eCommerce, ideally focused on merchandising or digital marketing
Strong understanding of online merchandising, digital marketing, SEO, web development, and eCommerce metrics
Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud is a plus
Experience with email marketing platforms such as Emarsys and campaign execution
Excellent project management and organization skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects and deadlines
Strong customer focus and understanding of on-site customer experience and customer journey optimization
Numeric and analytic aptitude with proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office
Very good communication skills in German (mother tongue) and English
Sporty and passionate person who enjoys working independently and in a team
