Plan, deliver and promote services that meet client needs within a specific regional or geographical location
Support the efficient and profitable delivery of technical services by hiring, retaining and managing staff
Ensure compliance with company safety and quality programs and appropriate use of procedures
Prepare price estimates for complex work packages
Perform regular site visits to engage technical staff in field projects
Approve technical training recommendations
Provide oversight to administrative functions to ensure accurate and efficient completion of tasks
Manage financial performance by overseeing monthly financial reports and adjustments
Participate in the development of operational and capital budgets
Collaborate with other Acuren leaders to build client relationships based on exceptional service
Engage with existing and new clients to expand service offerings.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in relevant field, supplemented by a minimum of 8 years of operational experience in an industrial/technical environment
3 years of supervisory experience
NDT or other technical Certifications are preferred
Knowledge specific to the technical field of assignment
Strong managerial skills with the ability to interact effectively with staff at all levels
Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
Proficiency in use of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent problem solving and conflict resolution skills to manage difficult customer interactions
Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
Consistently demonstrates their understanding of, and compliance with, responsibilities under the provincial Occupational Health and Safety Acts and Regulations, and Acuren Safety and Quality Management Systems, policies and procedures.
