General Counsel

• Serve as the primary legal advisor to the CFO, executive leadership team, and key stakeholders
• Provide guidance on corporate, regulatory, employment, contractual, operational, and strategic business matters
• Evaluate legal risks and recommend practical solutions aligned with organizational objectives
• Manage litigation, claims, disputes, and external legal counsel as necessary
• Monitor changes in laws and regulations that may impact Acumetis and ensure appropriate organizational response
• Lead and oversee the team responsible for drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing contracts and agreements
• Direct the organization's compliance program and ensure adherence to applicable global, federal, state, and local laws and regulations
• Provide legal support and oversight for real estate transactions, commercial lease negotiations, acquisitions, dispositions, and property-related agreements
• Support executive leadership and the Board of Directors on governance matters
