Key responsibilities & impact

Be the primary Tier 1 support for our clients, as the first point of contact for technical assistance.
Work with technologies such as Windows 10/11, Azure, Microsoft Entra, Microsoft 365, and Windows Server.
Maintain clear documentation and accurate time tracking to keep everything running smoothly.
Collaborate with team members and clients to solve technical issues and ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Intermediate understanding of operating systems, business applications, printing systems, and network systems.
Interpersonal skills: such as telephony skills, communication skills, active listening and customer-care.
Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly.
Technical awareness: ability to match resources to technical issues appropriately.
Understanding of support tools, techniques, and how technology is used to provide services.
Typing skills to ensure quick and accurate entry of service request details.
Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast moving environment.
