About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as a trusted advisor for assigned ERP customers post go-live
  • Act as a customer’s advocate within the organization to ensure successful outcomes that drive customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular business reviews to understand customer objectives and upcoming initiatives.
  • Provide continuous functional and business process consulting to help customers improve their Acumatica usage.
  • Assess current processes and recommend best practices to help improve efficiency.
  • Provide insights into customers into existing and upcoming new features in the new Acumatica versions.
  • Discuss and advise on the system architecture, integrations, reporting, workflows, and customization strategies.
  • Guidance on upgrade and proactive performance management of customer’s environment.
  • Partner with support, engineering, services, and ISV teams to address customer needs.
  • Communicate customer feedback to the product teams to influence future product enhancements.
  • Support Customer Success teams in helping to identify upselling license opportunities.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • You have a bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Technology, Commerce or a related field of study.
  • You have installation and configuration experience with various Business Application Software (Mid-Market ERP).
  • You have basic accounting understanding; Draw T-accounts for analytical uses, know basic accounting concepts – ledgers, sub-ledgers, debits and credits.
  • Software presentation and demonstration experience.
  • ERP System financial and ad-hoc report writing a plus.
  • Experience with Microsoft SQL Server; SQL Server relational database concepts including database schemas and the ability to understand a relational database design.
  • You have 5+ years’ ERP software implementation experience in construction, including business consulting, project management, project definition, estimating, proposal writing, and engagement planning.
  • Experience in distribution, field services, supply chain, financials and/or Inventory ERP implementation is a plus.
  • You are self-motivated with a proven track record in business software sales and knowledge of technology.
  • You are organized and analytical, and able to eliminate implementation obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches.
  • You have strong presentation skills, can communicate professionally, and can write reports, business correspondence, professional emails, and procedure manuals.
  • You can read, analyze, and interpret general business and technical information.
