💰 $115,000 - $125,000 per year

About the role

  • communicate effectively with customers to resolve payment issues, negotiate payment terms, and handle disputes professionally
  • monitor accounts receivable portfolio to ensure timely payments and reduce outstanding receivables
  • develop and implement policies and procedures for collections to minimize bad debt and improve recovery rates
  • prepare regular reports on aging, collection trends, DSO, and bad debt performance
  • lead, mentor, and train the collections team to achieve department goals
  • work closely with accounting, sales, and legal teams to resolve customer account issues and disputes

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience as a Collections Manager, receivable Manager or similar role
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Detail oriented individual with proficient organization and time management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience with SaaS and value-added reseller relationship, a plus
