About the role
- Own revenue forecasting infrastructure and pipeline health analytics. Establish clear KPIs across the funnel and implement reporting that enables proactive decision-making and predictable growth.
- Design, operationalize, and continuously refine scalable sales and post-sale processes. Ensure methodologies are embedded in CRM workflows and that stage definitions, qualification criteria, and inspection rhythms drive accountability and velocity.
- Own and evolve our GTM tech stack (CRM, engagement tools, enrichment platforms, analytics tools, etc.). Ensure systems are integrated, data is accurate, and workflows support scale. Lead major systems enhancements or migrations as needed.
- Lead QBR analytics, board-level reporting inputs, and weekly/monthly performance reviews. Deliver clear, concise insights that highlight risks, opportunities, and recommended actions.
- Act as a strategic thought partner to Commercial leaders. Influence without authority, drive alignment across teams, and proactively identify opportunities to improve efficiency and customer experience.
Requirements
- 6–8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or related roles within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment
- Demonstrated ownership of forecasting, territory planning, and revenue analytics in a scaling organization
- Deep experience managing and optimizing CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and broader GTM tech stacks
- Strong analytical toolkit (Excel/Sheets fluency required; experience with BI tools a plus)
- Proven ability to translate data into executive-ready insights and influence senior stakeholders
- Strong systems thinker with the ability to connect strategy to process to tooling
- Excellent project management skills with a track record of driving cross-functional initiatives to completion
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity with a bias for action and continuous improvement
- Experience in venture-backed, high-growth SaaS companies
- Willingness to travel domestically 2–4x per year for company-sponsored offsites
