Presenting yourself in an energetic, optimistic, and confident manner while investigating and promptly resolving system and equipment problems.
Serving as a primary point of contact for executives, leadership, and associates in the Midtown Atlanta facility, supporting audio/visual equipment, computers, printers, other peripherals, and third-party enterprise systems (Microsoft, Oracle, Adobe, etc.).
Liaising between the Service Delivery team and other IT groups, including Infrastructure, Security, Database Administrators, and Application Development.
Collaborating with the Service Delivery Manager and/or Lead Network Analyst to suggest and implement innovative solutions based on business needs.
Working with internal and external support organizations to resolve network issues.
Requirements
4+ years of relevant experience in Desktop Support, Microsoft OS (Windows 10, 11), and Microsoft 365 products required (Mac OS experience is a plus).
A related two-year degree is required (a four-year degree is preferred).
Must have advanced troubleshooting skills specific to computer hardware, software, network, and audio/visual equipment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
