About the role
- Development, Design, Specify and/or Document Systems focus on Product and Process Quality Assurance.
- Understanding as Quality Assurance all actions needed to the Product and Process meet and exceed Customer expectations specs.
- Customer quality claim reduction and cost of poor quality improvement.
- Quality assurance and control process administration.
- Manage new product introduction.
- Product engineering change and bill of material administration.
- Cost reduction process.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years on similar roles
- Corrective Action Magnament (Problem Solving Techniques)
- Quality Assurance Knowledge
- Process Control (Definition and monitoring Process Critical Variabled)
- Product specification and documentation maintenance
- Negotiator, proactive and excellent interpersonal relationships
- High level of detail analisys skils
- APQP / PPAP Knowledge (PFMEA, Product Spec, Test Spec Knowdedge, Control Plan, Process Flow Chart, Calibration)
- English, Advance (90%)
- Geometrical Dimensional & Tolerance
