Requirements
- 4+ years of relevant experience in Desktop Support, Microsoft OS (Windows 10, 11), and Microsoft 365 products required (Mac OS experience is a plus)
- A related two-year degree is required (a four-year degree is preferred)
- Must have advanced troubleshooting skills specific to computer hardware, software, network, and audio/visual equipment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required
- Ability to lift based on business needs (up to 50 lbs)
