About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles supporting the Cork-based DCOE.
- Partner closely with DCOE technical leaders to understand role requirements.
- Build and maintain proactive pipelines for high-demand technical talent.
- Support recruiting efforts across EMEA for technical and non-technical roles.
- Adapt recruiting strategies to different markets and regions.
- Source talent through multiple channels including LinkedIn and referrals.
- Deliver a high-quality candidate and manager experience.
- Maintain accurate ATS records and ensure policy compliance.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of recruiting experience with emphasis on technical roles.
- Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology or Electronic Engineering Technology
- Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Administration
- Passion for technology and talent acquisition.
- Comfort working across regions and cultures.
