• Serve as product subject matter expert and technical support for Sales Team
• Support System Integrators and End-User customers with adoption of BAS technology
• Lead New Product Introductions and provide supplemental product training
• Host tech-focused sessions, webinars, lunch n learns, and product demonstrations
• Support new customer onboardings and projects adopting new technology
• Attend industry trade shows and represent the company
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams on product capabilities and limitations
• Work directly with System Integrators, End User Customers, and Regional Sales Managers and manage own schedule
