About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for developing and implementing strategies that ensure the proper operation and functionality of the General Services area.
- Develops and executes General Services, Culture, and Employee Engagement policies and procedures.
- Leads the planning and execution of plant-level events and visits.
- Partners with HR and Operations leaders to ensure employees have access to learning opportunities.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in General Services administration.
- Knowledge of administrative controls, budgets, expenses, and inventories.
- Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.
