About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for developing and implementing strategies that ensure the proper operation and functionality of the General Services area.
Develops and executes General Services, Culture, and Employee Engagement policies and procedures.
Leads the planning and execution of plant-level events and visits.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Communications, or related field.
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
Experience in General Services administration.
Knowledge of administrative controls, budgets, expenses, and inventories.
Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.
