About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Respond to technical inquiries about our standard products
  • Analyze contracts, quotes and estimates for our sales representatives, clients (contractors) and distributors to determine pricing
  • Follow up on projects with external sales representatives and distributors, etc.
  • Prepare pricing and quotations
  • Perform data entry in an integrated manufacturing management system
  • Provide efficient and prompt service to customers, distributors, and internal stakeholders
  • Enter orders

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • DEC (College Diploma) in Administration or equivalent experience
  • 2–3 years of customer service experience in the manufacturing sector, direct sales to municipalities, or working with contractors
  • Experience in lighting or electrical fields is an asset
  • Fluent spoken and written English
  • Experience with integrated manufacturing management systems (MRP/ERP), e.g., Microsoft Dynamics AX (asset)
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite
