About the role

  • Lead a variety of initiatives ranging from product-related technical projects to quality improvement
  • Develop detailed project plans and manage schedules, milestones, and cost tracking
  • Coordinate the execution of tasks with cross-functional teams
  • Set up and facilitate project governance meetings
  • Foster effective cross-functional collaboration and create a results-oriented team dynamic
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for each project
  • Manage scope changes, prioritize tasks, and proactively address risks and roadblocks

Requirements

  • University degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
  • 5–7 years of project management experience, including significant experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously within cross-functional teams
  • Strong planning, coordination, and project execution skills
  • Ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders around shared goals
  • High results and quality orientation, with the ability to deliver efficiently under pressure
  • Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Azure DevOps, or equivalent)
  • Bilingual French and English: To serve clients and external service providers across Canada and USA
