Define and own the AIS cloud application strategy, explicitly tied to edge differentiation, sales attach, and customer lifecycle expansion
Establish a clear point of view on where cloud drives revenue leverage versus platform enablement
Drive alignment across Atrius, Distech, and Q Sys on priority use cases, application investments, and monetization models
Shape pricing, packaging, and commercial motions that accelerate edge adoption through cloud applications
Serve as a senior voice for AIS cloud strategy with executives, key customers, and partners
Lead and mentor a high-performing team of product managers focused on portfolio clarity, leverage, and execution discipline

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
10+ years of product management experience, including 5+ years in senior leadership roles overseeing SaaS, cloud platforms, or enterprise software
Proven success building and scaling SaaS offerings, including monetization strategy, PLG adoption, and cross‑portfolio platform alignment
Deep understanding of cloud architectures, APIs, data interoperability, modern integration patterns, and platform ecosystems
Experience working across multiple business units or product lines to drive unified strategies and shared execution plans
Strong leadership, communication, and executive influence skills
Expertise in agile product development and working closely with engineering teams to deliver with velocity and quality
Background in IoT, smart buildings, controls, enterprise cloud platforms, or operational data ecosystems strongly preferred.
