About the role
- Responsible for understanding and interpreting requirements of a project within construction documents and specifications to design a controls system tailored to the specific project needs.
- Effectively communicates with sales agents/customers at all stages of design.
- Uses visual software to generate deliverable set through the RFA process.
- Suggests changes to customer deliverables and amends original requirements.
- Delivers bill of material, layout and/or submittal.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent.
- 3 to 5 years of experience.
- Experience with AutoCAD, AGI, Revit, or similar software.
- Advanced English.
- Excellent critical thinking skills, independent decision-making ability.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Actively contributes to a culture of problem solving and continuous improvement.
- Ability to work in a hybrid role.
