About the role
- Define and own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Acuity’s AI & Business transformation
- Lead discovery and assessment of transformation opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across Finance, Sales, Marketing, Operations, IT, Data Engineering, and Data Science
- Partner with Finance to track realized value vs. business cases
- Provide thought leadership on how AI driven products can transform customer experience
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Technology or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in finance, consulting, or related roles preferred
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams
- Strong communication and storytelling skills
