About the role

  • learn lighting and controls basics, our go to market process, products and customers with an opportunity to practice and execute on presentation skills
  • utilize technology to assist in data analytics to understand buying trends and market opportunities while learning our CRM platform (Salesforce)
  • shadow and support our sales team members in a geographic area
  • attend regional, team and/or customer events and meetings
  • drive ownership in individual projects with opportunity to present final report to management team

Requirements

  • currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, sales, or a related field from an accredited college or university
  • relevant internship or project experience
  • a minimum GPA of 3.0
  • proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • strong written and verbal communication skills
  • proven problem-solving capabilities
  • strong time management and prioritization skills
  • experience leading teams or organizations
  • availability to travel based on business needs (up to 20%)
