- Triage request response across various departments
- Analyze inquiries for improvement opportunities
- Drive productivity of the process with customer in mind
- Research potential software solutions for product compliance data management
- Assist with product lifecycle reporting using various Microsoft tool suite - SharePoint, Excel, Access
- Provide data analysis of company product portfolio from ideation through end of life and across markets and verticals
- Research and potentially help implement Product Lifecycle Management software
Requirements
- Relevant internship or project experience
- A minimum GPA of 3.0
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven problem-solving capabilities
- Strong time management and prioritization skills
- Experience leading teams or organizations
