About the role
- Respond to customer and sales inquiries via phone, email, and case systems
- Provide troubleshooting assistance for orders, account statuses, and technical issues related to digital platform
- Act as a liaison between cross functional team to improve workflow, and issue resolution
- Assist in onboarding new hires in Sales and Customer Service
- Support the development and rollout of partner programs and sales campaigns
- Ensure seamless integration across platforms like Oracle, Salesforce, CPQ, and D-Tool
- Track and analyze sales metrics, support ticket categorization, and dashboard views
- Collaborate with IT and digital platform teams to improve system architecture and reporting logic
- Deliver or coordinate training on tools, systems, and reporting
- Organize and manage legal agreements for dealers, distributors, and managed service providers (MSPs)
- Work with Legal Department to update agreement templates
- Organize discussions and meetings between regional sales and Legal Department to conclude agreements for roll-out
- Manage backlog and order flow by tracking daily reports, resolving allocation issues, and coordinating with Customer Care, Logistics, and Planning to ensure smooth order processing.
Requirements
- A.A. degree in Business Management or equivalent work experience in Customer Service or Sales Organization
- A minimum of five (5) years work experience in Sales Enablement role in a Customer Service or Sales organization
- A minimum of two (2) years of work experience in project management
- A minimum of two (2) years of work experience in CRM tools, preferrable SFDC
- Process oriented and proficiencies in collaboration and communication cross-functional team members
- Strong project and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to develop policies, processes and work instructions
- Good problem solving skills and resourcefulness to resolve issues
- Advanced skills in Excel and report generation
- Advanced knowledge and ability to work with digital platforms, like Microsoft 365 Suite, Smartsheet, Agile, PowerBI.
