About the role

  • Lead planning and execution of complex projects, ensuring alignment with business strategy, goals, timelines, and budgets
  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior project managers and stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, track progress, and manage day-to-day project activities
  • Apply Agile, Waterfall and hybrid methodologies as appropriate
  • Oversee risk management strategies and escalate issues constructively for resolution
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including product management, sourcing, manufacturing, engineering, and software development to ensure alignment and timely execution
  • Facilitate regular team meetings and status updates to ensure transparency and accountability
  • Ensure adherence to project management processes, phase gates, and documentation standards
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support KPI tracking and reporting
  • Leverage project management tools to streamline workflows and reduce inefficiencies

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in electronics, engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum of 4–5 years of experience in project management, preferably in an electronics or manufacturing environment
  • Familiarity with product development life cycles and project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software
  • PMP, CAPM, or Scrum Master certification is desirable
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams
  • Knowledge of electronics and software development processes
