About the role
- Software Engineering LP Specialists rotate within functional areas, combining individual interests with current business needs to explore areas including:
- Software Development: Front-end (React or Similar)
- Back-end (C#, node.js, etc)
- Dev-Ops & SRE (pipelines, containers and Services, observation)
- Dev Ops Cloud Software
- Software Quality Assurance
- Additional Software Development Rotations
- Sustaining / VAVE
Requirements
- A Bachelor of Science or a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science or a related degree is required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and time-management skills are required.
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite is required.
- Availability to travel based on business needs (up to 20%) is required.
- Leadership experience influencing change, people, and processes is highly preferred.
- Team-oriented with a drive to take the initiative is highly preferred.
- Less than two years of related work experience is highly preferred.
